You’re right; the solution comes from within. I use to strategize those stories and blame myself for everything. The only thing I would’ve achieved with time is to make those internal stories more detailed, convoluted, and disconnected from reality. At the end, it’s all about putting your shit together and stop being the person that made those mistakes in the first place.
