If by America you mean the continent, you're wrong. America does have a baby problem.

If by America you mean USA, the country, then you're also wrong. The whole place has been on a downward trend in fertility rates since the 1950s.

Now, the consequences of this problem may not have manifested fully yet, but that doesn't mean there isn't a baby problem in the first place.

Though, to be fair, forcing people to have children doesn't seem to be the solution. I'll give you that.
