I think it's the other way around: instead of saving the internet by publishing less, the internet will evolve to filter out the noise.

It's less utopian, and it's already happening. If not, it'd be like our ears would've evolved to hear less instead of being able to focus on specific sounds.

The future of the internet is only louder—but the best frequencies will be easier to find too.
